Hello, fishing enthusiasts! Lovin’ Life in the Smokies is excited to reel you into the sixth annual Smallmouth King Bass Tournament, happening on June 1-2, 2024, in beautiful Sevierville, Tennessee. Get ready to test your skills in one of the South’s premier smallmouth bass tournaments and compete for the title of Sevierville’s Smallmouth King of the Smokies!

Event Details:

• Date: June 1-2, 2024
• Location: Little Pigeon River and its tributaries, Sevierville, TN

This thrilling two-day event, presented by the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce, will have anglers from all over testing their mettle on Sevierville’s world-class bass waters. Whether you prefer fishing from the shore, wading, or from a kayak, this tournament offers a variety of ways to hook that prize-winning bass.

Tournament Highlights:

• Catch-Photograph-Release: Participate in the area’s first smallmouth-bass-only, catch-photograph-release event.
• Spring Runs: Fish during the prime spring runs when the waters are teeming with thousands of migrating bass.
• Competition: Winners will be determined by their two-day total length of smallmouth bass greater than 12 inches. Real-time updates will keep everyone on the edge of their seats!

Schedule:

• Saturday, June 1:
  • Mandatory Tournament Meeting: 5:30 a.m. – 6:30 a.m. (Check-in at 5:00 a.m.)
  • Tournament Begins: 7:00 a.m.
  • Last Line Out: 5:00 p.m.
• Sunday, June 2:
  • Tournament Begins: 6:00 a.m.
  • Tournament Ends: 2:00 p.m.
  • Awards Ceremony: 3:00 p.m. at the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce, 110 Gary Wade Blvd., Sevierville, TN 37862

• 2nd Place: $500
• 3rd Place: $350
• 4th Place: $300
• 5th Place: $250

• Biggest Fish Saturday: $100
• Biggest Fish Sunday: $100

Entry Fee:

• Early Registration (by 12:00pm on Friday, May 31): $50 (includes official Hawg Trough measuring device)
• Late Registration (after Friday, May 31): $75
• Registration Closes: 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 1
